Due to the latest Apple iOS 13 update, Apple users may be required to re-download the Delaney SmartHome App. First, un-install the Delaney SmartHome App from your device; then re-install the app from the Apple Store. Once you re-install that App, you can add your existing gateway back using the “Add an already installed gateway” option.
