  • Customer Service Representative

    The Customer Service Representative interacts with customers, by phone or electronically, to address inquiries, fulfill needs, and respond to issues in a service-centered approach. Provides service to support sales efforts in order to reach strategic goals.

  • Data Entry Clerk

    The Data Entry Clerk will service customers by receiving and processing electronic purchase orders and verifying them for accuracy and completeness.  As a member of our Customer Service department, the Data Entry Clerk will also back up Customer Service Reps and be an extension of the services they provide.

    The Product Specialist will support product management in product and market research, product development, product marketing, and management. The Product Specialist will support product planning and execution throughout the product lifecycle, including capturing/prioritizing product requirements (voice of customer), defining the product vision, and working closely with Project Management, Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Marketing, and Sales to ensure revenue and customer goals are met.
